New management style

management is very important for every individual to a big MNC. management is simply managing all.  if one can manage all related activities, persons, things, etc then that think run smoothly it may be:
1) Life of any individual
2) small/ big company
3) any routine work
4) any project or activity.

Management is done in different ways, everyone have a unique style to manage things. most of the persons just follow what they learn and can not find that they can make a new way to manage. those who manage differently they are called MANAGEMENT GURU'S and those who don't want to spend time on thinking or doing innovation, are called FOLLOWERS.

New management techniques are:

For Individual:
1. understand properly what they want to do.
2.make a proper list or write down the work.
3. make priorities at work.
4. make the rough plan( at least 4 or 5 plans )
5. analyze all plans and select one.
6. work according to plan.
7. analyze the work at predetermined milestones.
8. correct work if needed
9. work hard and start every task a.s.a.p.
10. after completing analysis with the plan and complete work.
